The Art of Crafting Bronze Markers

Casting the Bronze
Bronze grave markers begin with an alloy of copper, tin, and small amounts of lead and zinc. A sand mold is prepared with detailed lettering and designs, and molten bronze—heated to 2,000 degrees—is poured into the mold.
Chasing the Bronze
Once cooled, the plaque undergoes "chasing," a process where imperfections are removed, surface textures are refined, and intricate design details are defined. This ensures each piece meets the highest standards of quality and beauty.
Finishing Touches
